For capable women who are overloaded and depleted to shift to clarity, balance and purpose.
This is not a course.
And it’s not “here’s the information, now go and implement it on your own.”
This is a structured, 10 week supported reset for women who are still functioning, but can feel that their capacity is thinning and are ready for change.
Limited to five women to allow for personalised, high-touch support.

Inside Balance & Capacity Reset, I work with you to create your own personalised Clarity & Capacity Plan, tailored to your individual lifestyle, workload, nervous system, and responsibilities.

This is a living document, not a worksheet.
We build it together, review it, and refine it across our individual sessions, so it evolves as your capacity stabilises and your needs become clearer.

In addition to your individualised Clarity and Capacity Plan done for you, you’ll receive:

Weekly group coaching for perspective and normalisation

Structured, evidence-based foundational content

Specific content developed for education, health and leadership
