At Salt Psychology, our support services include: Psychological Support, Educational programs and Psychoeducational Assessments

Evidence-based Psychological Support:

  • In-person and Telehealth options available

  • Medicare rebates can be obtained with a Mental Health Plan via a GP referral. Individuals with a MHCP are currently able to access up to 10 sessions per calendar year. Contact your GP about your eligibility to obtain a Mental Health Plan referral. 

Initial session = $280 (MHCP Rebate = $98.95)

Subsequent sessions = $250 (MHCP Rebate = $98.95)

 

Psycho-educational Assessments for 8-18 years old (school aged):​

  • Comprehensive cognitive and learning assessments

  • ADHD assessments

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder assessments- High Functioning only

With extensive experience working in both educational and therapeutic settings, Kylie has a deep knowledge and understanding of the pressures experienced by girls as they navigate the adolescent years. She is especially passionate about supporting and empowering girls through mid-late childhood and adolescence. Kylie has a wealth of experience with a range of issues often experienced during these years including anxiety, social difficulties, low self-esteem, perfectionism, and education-related concerns. Kylie is well-equipped to assist with navigating both home and educational environments to help individuals achieve their best.

The challenges of university life, career decisions, relationship dynamics, and the quest for independence and self-identity can be daunting. She utilises evidence-based practices and primarily focuses on issues related to anxiety, stress, and perfectionism, empowering her clients to flourish in their journeys.

Kylie predominantly helps women who suffer anxiety, stress and perfectionism. Her approach is grounded in a compassion and careful consideration of individual needs. She utilises evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Kylie also excels in the wellness sector, leading retreats and designing immersive, mindful experiences for women, as well as providing educational programs.

Comprehensive Psychoeducational Assessment Packages

The report includes important recommendations for the school to best support your child’s needs within the school context and advocates for relevant accommodations and modifications to be made in order to enable your child to achieve their best.
