This retreat is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to rediscover yourself whilst also nurturing your wellbeing. You will have the opportunity to explore the beauty of Japan, taste delicious local food, participate in traditional activities, and meet inspiring locals.

  • Walking in sacred forest, 'forest bathing' (Shinrin yoku

  • Calligraphy - create a beautiful take-home piece of art

  • Morning yoga and movement

  • Spectacular views of the iconic Mt Fuji and beautiful Suruga Bay
