About Your Guide
Kylie Donnolley - Psychologist
Kylie has worked in private and educational environments for over 25 years, working with individuals and teams to help them thrive in both the workplace and in their personal lives. Kylie is a dedicated psychologist and mother of 3 children. She understands that being a woman in today's fast-paced world often means juggling countless responsibilities, from professional commitments to family needs, all while trying to maintain high standards and a sense of self.
Kylie understands the benefits of self-reflection and an authentic self-awareness in terms of growth and development in both career and personal life. She has created ‘Elevate and Empower for Leaders and Teams’ to empower both leaders and team members to become more effective, have better resilience and coping, be more cohesive and developing trust, achieve better outcomes, and find balance and purpose in their lives enabling them to thrive.

Did you know that while almost 95% of people thinks they are self-aware, only 10-15 % of people truly are?
Self-awareness is a significant driver of high performance, thoughtful decision-making, and strong relationships. In the workplace, self-awareness plays a vital role in growth and development.
This training helps to build skills to buffer the effects of stress and protect against burnout. Furthermore we address the impacts of perfectionism and self-doubt in the context of career progression, team development and leadership.

Individuals who align work with their values, passions and purpose are more likely to be inspired and love what they do. Self-aware individuals achieve better outcomes, are more likely to be promoted, and are more authentic and trusted leaders. As team members, they are more respected, trusted, and effective. And, to top it off, they tend to be happier and more fulfilled in their personal lives.
