About Your Guide

Kylie Donnolley - Psychologist

Kylie is a dedicated psychologist and mother of 3 children. She understands that being a working woman in today's fast-paced world often means juggling countless responsibilities, from professional commitments to family needs, all while trying to maintain a sense of self. Kylie has lived experience and appreciates the unique challenges that women face and is committed to supporting them in navigating these complexities.

She emphasizes the importance of self-care and mindful self-compassion, knowing that when women take time for themselves, they are better equipped to meet the challenges of families/responsibilities/careers/etc. By helping women develop essential skills, tackle impostor syndrome, and manage perfectionism, Kylie empowers them to find balance and purpose in their lives, fostering an environment where they can thrive.

“I love helping busy women to be the anchor amidst the chaos and do busy better!”

Friends Talking Outside

Did you know that women who take the time to pause before reacting tend to cope better with stress and challenging situations?

Are you a high-achieving, busy woman who feels like there are simply not enough hours in your day to get everything done let alone stay calm and composed in the process?

While it would nice to be able to engage in lengthy relaxation rituals to keep an even keel, for many women that’s a luxury that they simply don’t have time for. The reality is that we are pushed and pulled in so many directions we can often feel stressed and overwhelmed, becoming irritable and reactive - just not enjoying life. We feel it and those around us feel it too.

Permission to Pause (P2P) gives you the tools to do things differently and allows you space and clarity to make positive change that results in calmer, more intentional responses.

In this program we introduce 5 key 'Pause Moments' that can change your life and help you to go from feeling stressed and reactive to calmer and more confident.

Join me inside this practical self-paced/bite-sized training to learn how to begin to reverse the cycle of stress, busy-ness and feeling overwhelmed, no matter how full your days feel, so that you can slowly start to return to the kind of woman you’ve always wanted to be.
